Our shopping cart solution is hosted and managed by ONTRAPORT using the eWAY payment gateway . This integrated online e-commerce platform allows us to sell our products and services to you.
eWAY holds and stores each Cardholder’s Data in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (‘Privacy Act’), the Australian Privacy Principles (‘APPs’) and applicable industry standards, including but not limited to, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (‘PCI’) and eWAY’s data retention policy.
At no point during the transaction does Deakon Pty Limited (or deakon.com.au) take custody or store your credit card information.
SECTION 5: THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
